I was assisted by Belkys and she was absolutely wonderful. She treated me very well, managed to have everything ready before the deadline, and made the whole process smooth and pleasant. I would definitely come back 100% for both the quality of the product and the kindness and professionalism of the salesperson.
I bought a couple of shirts for my business and brought them in to have the logos added. The work came out amazing and the quality exceeded my expectations. Belkys provided outstanding customer service she was incredibly kind, professional, and made the whole process smooth and easy. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for great quality and excellent service!
So if I could give zero stars I would !! Not only did they put the wrong logo on the 3 blazers I brought in - they didn’t have the common good customer service to call me to inform me before I got to the store . They said I could bring in in 3 more new blazers they would compensate me for the products . Great right ?!! No I brought in 3 new blazers and when I got home one had a cut/ hole ! They tried to say .. that I gave them the blazer this way .. well why didn’t you call me to say one of the items was defective before you... read more
