My item was not ready when I went to pick it up the first time. Received the item and it looked like it was repaired from the back. The stitching was loose and already unraveling. It will not make it thru a wash and it’s a gift. I will NOT go back. Very disappointed.
Absolutely loved working with their team. I had a huge order I needed embroidered and they were so communicative and helpful. We even had one mistake made and they corrected it without hesitation or hassle. I will absolutely be coming back for more of these products!
