Second time i have had them come to my house. The first time the steam cleaned our carpets for us and the second time they came to clean our ducts after a renovation. Highly recommended. And I had two of their employees, Emilio, and his partner (didn't catch his name), both were so sweet and went above and beyond. They're now my go to.
The two gentlemen cleaning our ducts did a great job and left our house in good order. I will definitely book with this company again the next time we need our ducts cleaned!
Not impressed with our service today. We had used FC in our last house and were happy with the service. This time they didn't clean up after. We found registers/return air still covered and my husband was not happy to go down and find the furnace all taken apart and nothing was said as it was running after they cleaned the ducts all day and our furnace was just left open, filter out and all. Glad my kids and cats didnt find it all open. Would have been nice to be aware of these things especially paying almost $500. At least ... read more
Disappointed with their sales tactics. When I called to book an appointment, the lady said the stains SHOULD come out. No the stains do not come out. I paid $192, for a clean. The stains on my couch all remained, and despite them coming out twice, all the stains are there.! No disclaimer on their site. Very misleading. I much rather of spent the $192 towards a new or used couch. Be forthcoming to any prospective customers.
Fully Completely recently put up our Christmas lights and we couldn't be happier. The team was quick, friendly, and their prices are reasonable. Definitely recommend!
