Horrible communication. Had them come out and do a service on a rental property, tenants said the problem was still there tried to get them to come again but my tenants were giving me trouble. When they finally moved out I called fullscope to see if they could come out again to finally do another treatment. At no point when I was on the phone did they tell me they were going to charge me the full amount again or what I wanted to pay with they just pulled it from my account without confirming with me first it. These folks are honest. Big thanks to Derek today. Twice we’ve asked them to come out and inspect possible termite damage and they confirmed it was either unrelated rot or something else. Meanwhile the competition told us in the past we had termites and needed to pay $3K to fix it. You got yourself a lifelong customer with that one.

Fullscope is the best. Have been using this company for a long time. They are very considerate, courteous and fair. They have excellent technicians. One technician resolved a pest issue I had that prior exterminators failed to resolve.
The technician was very pleasant to talk to and went with his job very well.
