Sadly we once had a wonderful agent here who passed away. The agent who took over our accounts was not good. There were no check-in’s, no fee reruns (to look for discounts) unless we asked for it. When asked why that wasn’t done automatically the response was “we have too many clients and are too busy“. Other agencies do this automatically. When setting up additional policies we noted that previous asset information was not transferred correctly so the coverage was not accurate. Today I went to pay my insurance and the office on 72nd. was gone > I got no notification of a move ... so, as of today I have a new agent. I guess they're not concerned about business!
Very poor customer service and management is very rude! Would NOT recommend!
