Everyone at Georgetown Collision, especially Dolly, Desiree, and Caston, took excellent care of our vehicle and helped us throughout the entire process of getting our vehicle repaired! They communicated with us throughout and ensured we had all the information! They went above and beyond and we are truly grateful! Thank y'all so much! They also use OEM parts, which is fantastic! We highly recommend taking your vehicle here for any repairs! :)
I had a beautiful experience with Georgetown Collision. They are fast and use OEM parts . My insurance company gave me push back , but they paid at the end. I encourage anyone to use this company Dolly is great.
I dropped off my vehicle with front end damage. My insurance was willing to cover about 2k in damage and Georgetown collision quoted us 27k in damages. After signing a contract stating they would work on the vehicle they convinced us to leave the vehicle at their shop to acquire storage fees which would in turn grieve the insurance to pay the 27K initially quoted.
