For my last 3 appointments, I have had to wait between 45 to 60 minutes to be called back and then spent another 20 to 30 minutes in a room before being seen. I will get there and there are maybe 3 people in the waiting room, the staff is always super olive but I hate that I have to dedicate sometimes 2 to 3 hours of my day to what ends up being a 15 minute appointment.

My work comp sent me here. Front desk personnel are disrespectful and rude. I did not finish some paperwork because I did their online registration that was txted to me. Rosalva Wadkins said to me I didn’t tell you to fill that out but the paperwork i emailed you, so you don’t have an appointment anymore. I told her your office sent me this txt and link to do that exact same thing. She said no I didn’t tell you to fill out that but the 13+ paperwork she emailed me and print out myself and fill out which was the same online. ... read more
