I had the worst experience I've ever had. I was there for a group luncheon. We waited one and a half hours for our food. I had to get to clients so i had to leave. When i told the waiter to just cancel my order as well as my coworkers, they said ok then a girl FOLLOWED US INTO THE BATHROOM AND SAID WE HAD TO PAY FOR OUR FOOD. I've stayed twice at this hotel. Both times were fantastic. Their complimentary breakfast is a full breakfast buffet, eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy etc. Along with the regular continental breakfast fare. Refrigerator in each room, microwave access. Clean rooms, with nice touches. Great evening restaurant bar and excellent shuttle service.

This Hotel is a good base, the beds are very comfortable and the rooms have everything you need (except a safe) The housekeeping is of a high standard.The reception staff are very friendly & always willing to help. However the staff in the Red breakfast restaurant are not as friendly.. in fact, I would say one man was very very rude! Maybe because we didn't leave a tip everyday???
