We had an excellent experience working with Amy House as our genetics counselor. From the beginning, Amy was professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. She explained things clearly without making us feel rushed, and she was able to take information that felt complicated and make it much easier to understand. My partner was very concerned about a specific result that came back, especially after trying to research it through Google and AI tools. The information we found online made the situation feel more ... read more

The receptionist was incredibly rude and had an attitude from the get go. She even had the audacity to say “i don’t think this would be beneficial for you” despite MY DOCTOR ordering the test i was being referred for. Please go elsewhere if you have a gut feeling about your own diagnosis. You are probably right.

His brother had hand, foot, and mouth so we kept him home and my wife didn't come to the appointment even though she wanted to. They decided that my son, although asymptomatic, was too much of a risk and canceled the appointment on the spot. At n... read more

I went back in November to get results for my son's genetic test, Dr. Chad and his staff were accomodating and explained in detail what was happening and will happen. It was the worst news I will ever receive, but I am glad to actually know my sons condition.
