Had an appointment to get my son evaluated. It took months to get the appointment. There were several texts to confirm the appointment. Showed up early and got all the administrative paperwork completed. Then they asked if anyone else in the house was sick almost as an afterthought. His brother had hand, foot, and mouth so we kept him home and my wife didn't come to the appointment even though she wanted to. I went back in November to get results for my son's genetic test, Dr. Chad and his staff were accomodating and explained in detail what was happening and will happen. It was the worst news I will ever receive, but I am glad to actually know my sons condition.
We had the best experience! Camila was so kind and caring towards my daughter! Dr.Chad was nice and explained everything that was going to happen. I couldn’t recommend them enough! We waited six months for the appointment but they were so thorough and kind! The front staff was awesome as well! My daughter is terrified of the doctor but absolutely loved her appointment here!
Excellent overall first appointment. My genetics counselor was thorough, patient and not rushed. She allowed ample time for my questions. Same goes for my physician. And the office receptionist was kind, informative, and organized with my paperwork before I arrived. This office gets healthcare right.
