The receptionist was incredibly rude and had an attitude from the get go. She even had the audacity to say “i don’t think this would be beneficial for you” despite MY DOCTOR ordering the test i was being referred for. And she said “i’ll *try* to push your referral through” with extreme sarcasm on the “try”. My doc was contacted the next day for me to find out she just flat out denied it. This place feels like a joke because the receptionist didn’t even know what she was talking about. She said there are only 6 subtypes of ed... read more

Pretty negative experience. The clinician that made the 'final' diagnosis chuckled about me having Marfan Syndrome. Well, his chickens are coming back to roost. I have developed an arterial disease related to Marfan's. No help from him or his team. Guess I am paying the price for going to Fullerton. Please go elsewhere if you have a gut feeling about your own diagnosis. You are probably right.

I went back in November to get results for my son's genetic test, Dr. Chad and his staff were accomodating and explained in detail what was happening and will happen. It was the worst news I will ever receive, but I am glad to actually know my sons condition.

We had the best experience! Camila was so kind and caring towards my daughter! Dr.Chad was nice and explained everything that was going to happen. I couldn’t recommend them enough! We waited six months for the appointment but they were so thorough and kind! The front staff was awesome as well! My daughter is terrified of the doctor but absolutely loved her appointment here!
