Avoid service department. They are no longer Veteran owned and it is apparent they no longer hold high values of their employees. The service advisor lied to me (and eventually admitted it), the service manager backed the lie (even after the advisor admitted fault) and called me a liar and was condescending, and the GM will not schedule a meeting and does his bidding via his secretary. This review is only based on one specific issue related to new ownership. Stolen Valor - The owner of Fullerton Ford is NOT a veteran as advertised on signs & mural that states, "A Proud Veteran Owned Dealership, "& "Vet Owned," and on multiple websites. An updated Fullerton Ford website states, "As A Veteran Owned Dealership." This statement should have been removed under new ownership. Horrible communication! I was in daily communication with two of their employees waiting for a truck to be released from a recall before it could be sold. They gave me a date when it would be available and days prior to that I checked in on paperwork only to find out the truck had been sold. When I ask how was it able to sell prior to the date I was given he couldn’t provide an answer. Left a message with a manager and didn’t get a return call.
