Excellent service and customer relations. My wife was treated as if she knew nothing about cars at another dealership. We came to Fullerton and she feels respected and heard. The quality of work is extremely high and she feels safe and comfortable taking the car in by herself.
We recently visited this dealership to lease a new vehicle and were initially hopeful based on the salesperson’s promise of a specific price. She was kind and helpful throughout the process, and we were ready to move forward based on what was discussed. Unfortunately, things quickly changed once we got to the finance dept..
