After dealing with 2 other Ford Dealerships and them not being able to resolve issues with my brakes, I was helped by Cesar Kim of the Fullerton Ford Service Department and he remedied everything. From his customer service, to the better pricing for the service, to the help with the rental car and how fast my car was fixed. I had a great experience and am now a forever customer.

Instead of suggesting an expensive or complicated repair, he quickly found that it was just a blown fuse. He had it replaced and working in no time. I really appreciate his honesty and great service!
