The best dealership with both customer experience and service. I was offered a wonderful price for my 2025 Ford Bronco. Marlon Villalobos was our salesperson he not only was charming while selling the car— he made sure to keep up with my experience and the cars care after. Marlon went above and beyond compared to any other dealership. The manager was very kind and helpful with our overall car journey. 100% would recommend this location over any other LOCATIONS.
Dropped off a vehicle for service on Tuesday & haven't heard back since. Car is still in the shop with no updates or estimated completion provided.
Seriously avoid this dealership for service. It's true what they say, dealer experience ruins the joy of car ownership. I will never come back here again for service. The service department is just down right, awful. First service experience that was a tell-tale sign was an almost two hour tire rotation. I gave them another chance and scheduled a recall. Better Business Bureau has reopened the complaint based on the lack of communication from the dealership or Mr Anthony Rubino (the alleged Director of Service).
