This place is full of liars, wont give you an alternate vehicle, and will make you wait for weeks without a car to fix something that takes 2 days. DO NOT go here. unless you like wasting money on uber.
Staff always dodging calls. Repair mysteriously broke right after end of warranty. Extended warranty always void. I am very unhappy with the service experience here and my rating reflects that.
My latest experience with taking my Jeep in for maintenance was Outstanding! My service Rep - George Stydoker - was extremely helpful and accommodating, as always, getting me out of the door earlier than anticipated and my bill turned out to be a little cheaper than expected - which is always a plus, George always makes my experience there a pleasant one :)
I've been using Fullerton Service department for me auto needs for over 10 years now. My most recent service was smooth and effortless as I've become accustomed to. And my service manager, Giancarlo, is an outstanding service professional - setting expectations and following through promptly.
