Alright, this has been a long review in making, and after more than a year I can safely say that the Toyota Tacoma 2017 that I purchased from them drives like a tank (in a good way), and I love it. Even though, Initially there was a minor hiccup, however, everything was quickly resolved, and the customer service was top notch. A mess. The dealership bought out my old lease and agreed to pay my last 2 payments. Unfortunately those payments still have not been paid and no one wants to call me back. The manager won’t even get on the phone with me. He had the person who answered the phone tell me it’s not his problem and I need to contact finance which I have been and still have not heard back. The management team needs some serious training especially since they told me they are concerned about the surveys they have been getting.
Called about service for my Dodge Challenger. The woman that answered the phone was extremely rude and left me on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on me. I immediately called back and no one answered. Awful service. Thumbs down!
If there was an option to give this place zero stars or negative stars, I would do so but there isn't. So here is my story: - I got stuck at a park with my kids on Sunday Aug 3rd because my Jeep Wagoneer S would not shift out of park due to some error in the system. This has happened in the past and it was the 3rd time. I wish I could post negative stars. I have called 8x for a very simple estimate. Each time I get a deep sigh from who ever answers the phone, who sends me to a department to deep sign at me again - after 3weeks of calling I do not have an answer, or a call back, I have left a message with the manager and I have received no response. I am truly embarrassed that I bought my car from this dealer.
