Some of the sales representatives made me feel like my business was not appreciated at all - it took me around 15 calls to even get a price on a lease, and many back-and-forth emails with multiple-day wait times. Not sure if they're understaffed, but I ended up getting a lease with a different dealership, which communicated promptly, despite a higher price.
This was my first new car buying experience and I have to say it was smooth sailing! Bobby Brooks was my sales person. He made the whole process pain free. No surprises, no gotcha moments. I would definitely go back to him again to purchase another vehicle. Thank you Bobby!

Alright, this has been a long review in making, and after more than a year I can safely say that the Toyota Tacoma 2017 that I purchased from them drives like a tank (in a good way), and I love it. Even though, Initially there was a minor hiccup, however, everything was quickly resolved, and the customer service was top notch.
