The sales experience was great. Salesperson was very responsive and got a great deal on exactly the Jeep I wanted. But beware, once the sale was complete, he disappeared. I had an issue with my previous lease that was supposedly paid off as part of the transaction. Multiple texts and phone calls have gone with little to no response. It's been more than a month and I still haven't gotten a concrete response. It really ruined what was up to that point a great experience.
Since Performance took over, the service center is better and they have work faster. Thanks to the new service manager Rick, for helping to get our vehicle back in weeks rather than months with a lot of work done to the vehicle
Nice service
Their service department falls short of delivering “scheduled” service. My wife 1st walked away from them. Then I learn while getting the another scheduled service done recently, that the service department abandoned post and there was no one left to talk to at the counters. The receptionist didn’t have to lie through her teeth she knew what had happened she could have just been honest that they didn’t work there anymore. They are NO longer Fullerton and some other name now. Now it’s my turn to walk away.
I brought in my new 2024 RUBICON in for a new oil and turns out the last oil change (DONE HERE!!!) was overfilled and not closed properly which led to getting oil all over the engine! Leaving me a mother of two little kids with no car and the refuse to expedite the process of getting me a loaner for their mistake! Terrible customer service. I am furious and never will I be stepping foot at this location again.
