The “owner” of this business is very unprofessional, disrespectful and has no decency to have a simple conversation via phone. I called about details and info about my car to continuously get cut off midway thinking he already knew what questions I had. My car was brought there following a major car accident. JR was patient with me. Helped me when I needed it getting things out of my car. He sat and talked with me for a few minutes to call me down because I was a little upset over the accident. Did not expect such personal attention and kindness. Thank you
