Brought my sons Hyundai Santa Fe to Fullers for an oil change, Rob says “The engine is knocking, and the mileage is under 100,000, so it still should be under warranty, take it to Hyundai ASAP and have them look at it”. We did that and they put in a new motor, which costs $0 thanks to Rob. Another thing, is they will tell you if you don’t need work on a specific item, these days I get the feeling most companies if you take it there to have the brakes looked at we’ll just tell you you need brakes, Fullers honest about it.
Fuller is my go to place for a quick oil change - they make servicing my car a breeze and keep me apprised of what work I might need in the near future. Lou is always a friendly face and the rest of the team is very helpful. I appreciate all they do to provide caring, thoughtful service.
