Here goes... I had to wait inside for a coupon of $2 that I paid for. I paged the attendant and told him the machine didn’t work as it didn’t print my receipt. He said I ran out of time to print it, I would have to park and go inside to get it. (Mind u I pressed receipt button twice and it had ample time to print) So I had to park in the lot, walk it over inside, and wait for person to hang up the phone, and she reprinted receipt. Scheduled a full detail service a week in advance, dropped my car off at 9am they said it would be done by noon. 2:00 rolled around and no phone call, so I called only to find out they could not get car done at all today. said they were short handed. I said that's not my problem and his reply was, not my problem either. Horrible customer service!
Paid $75 for tar removal after driving through construction, which was actually removed by the initial auto wash. The owner refused to refund us the difference, was unwilling to see how we assumed the tar needed to be removed by hand, and was very disrespectful and rude.
My truck got minor scratches on one panel and you can see plastic marks. It happen at another car wash a few months ago. The other car wash did a quick running compound and I was off. These guys didn’t even try. They walked around my truck and said there were other scratches. No I had two minor accidents the can explain the two areas no we’re near the scratched up area. $119.00 and my running boards are still filthy - i don't normally complain in a public manner but the email to the service manager bounced back from the website. the inside had to many spots missed for a truck with 19K miles it was a pretty simple thing to clean.
