I've been having issues with two windows since we have purchased our apartment we have had multiple companies try to reseal them with no luck. So I finally track down the installer (fuller paint & glass) after calling Milgard and decided to give them a call. I asked if they could do a courtesy water test to find the problem and they declined. I asked if they could work with me in anyway on testing the windows they said they could not. Would be nice if companies gave a little concern beyond the warranty.
I go to the people at Fuller Paint and Glass because they listen, understand, and then help you get what you need. I have bought paint products, screen doors, and replacement glass. Their prices are fair and reasonable. They are part of the community that I enjoy.
W get all of our paint here and they couldn't be more helpful and friendly. They are also willing to take the time to help match paint colors and have helped us enormously over the years.
