I have purchased and sold a number of homes from Mrs. Fuller and her team. She worked incredibly hard to get me the best price possible. She also told us several times that we should not move forward on the home because the value was not there. The first experience was in 2005 when she represented both the seller and my family and never once did I feel she was not honest. I will only use Mrs. Fuller and her team. I was dumb enough to pay $30,000 over the listing price. Why? It's a mystery to be solved. I tried to sell the house and I'm losing money because I paid too much.

Janet and her team helped sell my home in a difficult short sale with two different lenders who did not want to cooperate. The short sale looked to be impossible, but she was able to get both banks on the same side and the outcome was a successful sale with all deficiency judgments waived as a condition of the sale.
