I never managed to get my hair done. I initially had an appointment Saturday, when I realized I was going to be late, I reached out - I was going to be 20min late and her policy per her advisement when I reached out to inform her I’d be late was that she had a full day and her cut off was 15 minutes - I understood, so I went back home and rescheduled for Tuesday, today. So I left 45 minutes before the appointment, gps said it was 30 minutes away... unfortunately the road to get to the salon was shut down in several segments ... read more
