I’ve been seeing Tracy Springate for just over a month now, and I am SO GRATEFUL FOR HER. She‘s welcoming, she’s funny, she’s knowledgeable, and she adapts every session to my current needs. Highly recommend!
I just started working with Tracy and she fixed me in one session. LOL just kidding but if you like jokes similar to that one you might also like having Tracy as your therapist. Also, I did feel better after just one session. So far I've gotten some great reframing and coping mechanisms from her and I feel like she has a plan of action for our future sessions.
