I was treated by Kara regularly for the last 4-5 months for back and shoulder injuries and made significant progress. In the past, I've been a bit stubborn in following through with treatments (physio, chiro, massage, etc), but stayed committed with my most recent issues to Kara's plan. Super thankful I did and highly recommend Fullbody Function.
