I hired this property management company to manage my three-bedroom property at the end of July, and I'm extremely disappointed. It's now October, and my tenants still haven't received a lease, despite their willingness to have home inspections. When my husband and I decided to sell our home, we immediately thought of Bill Gould Jr. and Full Value Properties. He and his company have a stellar reputation so it was a no brainer. Selling a house can be an arduous and stressful situation, but he really made it painless. He was always ready to answer any questions we had and handled everything.
