Steve is a breath of fresh air. He is very responsive to any and all of my inquiries -- no matter how trivial -- and takes care of the property as if it's his own. He is reliable, resourceful (when the gas grill igniter didn't work, he knew to replace the battery and did so in record time), and personable.
