Me and my family decided to eat here because it was hot outside and we wanted to get out of the heat. At first, things seemed fine. We were seated and told to scan the QR code on the table to order. Our food and drinks would be brought out to us. We placed our order, and that is when everything went downhill. After waiting over an hour with no food, we gave the restaurant the benefit of the doubt since it was a Friday during a holiday weekend. Would of really appreciated if they would of let us know the waiting time for the food, my chicken sandwich had no taste and it’s better if you go grab your drinks if they’re taking long to bring your order. Only one waitress in black uniform was able to help us when we asked about our food after 2 hrs waiting.
We never received our food, ordered it over an hour and never received it. They said it would be ready in five minutes at one point and then never gave it to us. Also, didn’t received any consolation or our meal made and sent out at once. No compensation or apology. Please don’t expect any service that is worthwhile or even subpar.
