I contacted several Polaris dealers to purchase a Slingshot. I received the typical "we don't talk price over the phone, you have to come in" from everyone except Full throttle. They quoted me a price which was which I knew to be a fair one so I scheduled an appointment to meet with him. Every aspect of the purchase was handled with exceptional customer service. I recently purchased a Motorcycle from Full Throttle, the transaction was 100% virtual. I reside in Portland, OR and the bike I wanted happened to be in Lowell, NC. Being a member of Star Touring I was riding a smaller motorcycle of another brand. My girlfriend and I decided to upgrade to a larger more comfortable motorcycle. The crew went out of their way to find the ride motorcycle and extra parts for us. I MET THE SERVICE MGR ACOUPLE YEARS AGO AND FOUND HE WAS A GOOD DUDE AND HAS A GREAT CREW WORKING FOR HIM. HE ALWAYS MADE TIME TO ANSWER ANY OF MY QUESTIONS AND TREATED ME LIKE A MEMBER OF THE FAMILY NOT JUST A CUSTOMER. ...
