Bought a 2012 KLR 650 from Full Throttle. Sales person was Tom Wooley. Tom went out of his way to 1. Get the color I wanted (he had to pick it up from another shop) and 2. Have SW Motech crash bars installed. Even though I had to order the crashbars from an online dealer, Full Throttle charged me a nominal fee to install them. Tom has also been helpful with answering my many questions. So, I love the bike and highly recommend Full Throttle. They listen and the environment is no pressure.

Incompetent Service Department – My wife was having problems with her 2006 Kawasaki Ninja in that it would not shift properly. We dropped the bike off at Full Throttle to be repaired, and after about a week or so I was contacted by the service department and advised that they had completed 12 of 17 hours of labor on the bike and that they had not found the problem yet. I asked them why they had not called me before tearing down the bike at $75 an hour and they said they though that it would be covered by the warranty, but wh... read more

Horrible customer service and inventory – Their service is horrible. We bought 2 bikes. Part of the deal was they would deliver the bikes to our home. After the purchase they dumped one of the bikes off of a trailer onto its head (side) breaking/scratching everything on one side of the bike. This was about a 4 foot fall onto asphalt. They offered to fix it up - but refused to replace it with another bike - which they did have available to them.
