This place is Fantastic! Lisa is full of energy and motivation.. her classes are at great/ convenient times. I look forward to each powerful workout. its intimate, Judgement Free!! and I feel amazing after each workout session.. definitely a must try for all levels..
It’s easy to schedule classes, it’s easy to understand a few different payment options, it’s an easy drive... but the workouts are far from easy and it’s tough to choose which class to take each day... lots of good choices. All ages, sizes, goals...Lisa creates Family.
Great variety of classes and the instructors are AWESOME. Very affordable... I buy punch cards...10 classes of my choosing. Piloxing is my favorite with INDO Rowing a very close second. I’m a morning person so love the 5:15am time slot. Best way to start the day. 😊 I’m getting stronger with every class 💪 ..... 2019 Goal - #53bestshapeofmylife

Love the rowing classes and the other classes I’ve taken here. Most especially I love the instructors and other “classmates”. It’s a very welcoming and positive atmosphere!
