Took my Toyota Tacoma to Steve at Full Throttle Auto for a spark plug replacement, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. He got me in quickly, communicated clearly, and didn’t try to upsell anything I didn’t need (which is rare these days). The truck is running smoother than ever, and I could tell right away the job was done right. Steve knows his stuff and runs an honest shop — definitely someone you can trust with your vehicle. I was having a hard time finding ANYONE whom would even consider looking at My 1989 Chevy truck!! Too old is what I heard time and again! So I contacted Full Throttle's repair shop, figuring the same answer. BUT, to my pleasant surprise, No Problem is what I heard.
