I reported Full Throttle to the Better Business Bureau due to Jake’s lack of responsiveness and poor costumer service. He owes my family over $600 in repairs that he claimed his mechanic would fix but when the car was ready twice for the repairs Jake’s mechanic was no where to be found. Jake knowingly sold a car that needed repairs for safe driving. He also screens his calls to avoid confrontation of his faulty sales. His voicemail box is also full. they made a major mistake with paperwork on my vehicle causing me to be without a vehicle for nearly 30 days you would think they would want to make their customers happy and correct the situation immediately but they did not I do not recommend anyone purchasing any vehicles from this business
The dealer Jake should answer his phone and tell the truth about the cars he is selling. He makes a deal, gives you a total and then says oh we have to add this or that. And he told us he only takes cash. IRS should check this place out.

My mother in law got a car on Thursday n it broke down the transmission blow they made them come back up Saturday and was told that there was going to be a guy there to fix it n they where lied to they waited 3 hours till they got answers and to day they went up to not have a car.... but she did not get the car or her money back
