Steve is fantastic. He takes the time to really listen and explain things clearly, making you feel confident throughout the process. The adjustments he has made are incredibly effective, I’ve noticed a big improvement in my pain levels and overall mobility. I really appreciate the personalized approach and each visit is tailored to my needs. This is the place to go.
I’ve run many marathons over the years and that eventually caught up with me. I ended up with an injury that went from my lower back all the down to my knee which immobilized me about 3 months out from the NYC marathon. After working with DR Pungello for about 6weeks I was completely back training and was able to run the marathon healthy and unimpeded.
Dr. Pungello is a very knowledgeable doctor, with specific experience for runners and people with physically demanding jobs. His rehab programs are great for people with back and leg pain. He helps build independence and confidence with movement. I would choose him again and again. Can't recommend him enough!!
Went to full stride because I have an had chronic issues with my lower back. I’ve had these issues most of my adult life due to sports and haven’t been able to mitigate the pain. Dr. Steve was extremely helpful. After seeing him I started to feel significantly better. Highly recommend if you experience chronic pain.
