I've been working out with Leo as my personal trainer for almost a decade. It's definitely affordable when compared to other trainers. He helped me get into shape before major medical procedures and his training helped me to recover very well. All the trainers are excellent. The trainers will help you reach your fitness goals; they're extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. I'm very grateful for what they've help me accomplish.
Outstanding trainer, Neil Steger tailors workouts taking into consideration of individual needs. Been with Full Strength for 17 years.
I did a Groupon for three personal training sessions and was very impressed! My first session I was very thoroughly evaluated and then Neal developed a home & gym routine which we covered in the next two sessions. Incredibly helpful! I highly recommend!
