Jonah did a great job on our carpet! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and even checked the padding under our carpet for any pet stains from the previous owners dog. I can tell that Full Steam Carpet Cleaning makes great customer service a priority. We chose them because when we called to make an appointment and ask questions, they were very nice and friendly on the phone, unlike the other company we had called. I would definitely go through Full Steam again and would recommend them to anyone!
