I am SUPER impressed with the attention to detail, stain removal, and the most importantly the way my carpet looks better than brand new. Maikel was kind, efficient, and thorough! He made helpful recommendations, but I never felt pushed to add any extras to my service. The price is very reasonable, especially for his great work. I would certainly book a cleaning with him and Full Steam Ahead again!
