Horrible experience. Keep searching if I was you. They got over on me. At the end of my lease they charged me for a $6900 paint job. In which they repainted the entire home so they can sale it at our expense. We did no damage to paint beside minor normal touch up but to go from green walls (the entire 2 years I lived at the property) to cream colored walls is not something you charge the tenant for. I found a home online that was listed by Full Spectrum Property Management. After going through their qualification process my wife and we’re approved. We then moved cross country to San Antonio. Upon our arrival at the home the house smelled like a dog kennel with dog hair and spider webs everywhere. As we toured the home upstairs we were attacked by a infestation of fleas.
