I called Full Spectrum Plumbing to come out and replace or repair an outside faucet that was leaking. I told the lady on the phone that I just wanted a quote to replace the faucet because I knew what needed to be replaced. She said they could not do that and had to come out and evaluate the situation for $49.99 and if I agreed with the quote they would remove the $49.99 service fee.
