I purchased the Laser cutter and engraver. It was a lot cheaper than others. It works great. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to get into beginner laser cutting and engraving.
I would highly recommend Fslaser. Very impressed with the Laser Engraving Machine. Shipped quickly and great experience overall. Instructions were clear and I was engraving within 30 minutes of unpacking the unit. Already have my second unit on order.
Overall I am very pleased with this product so far. My lens did crack, however Fslaser’s customer service could not have been better. They responded quickly and had a new part shipped out that arrived in less than a week. It is always nice to see a company stand behind their product.
Tried a Glowforge and they never answered my support emails for weeks. Sold it and bought a Muse 3D and it's awesome. Got a free training session with Tony to get me up and running and it's wonderful.
Replaced an old CNC mechanical engraver with an FSL Fiber Galvo and couldn't be happier. Thanks to Mike and all the sales team!

Had several Chinese lasers and could never get them working. Bought a UV laser from FSL and it changed my business. Engraving all sorts of glass tumblers for my bar right out of the box.
I purchased a Muse Titan last January. (Free shipping and no tax since I purchased from Ultimate 3D Printing Store instead of Full Spectrum directly, so I saved about a thousand dollars but still spent nearly $10k on this machine) On November 25th the machine stopped powering up. We had a deal worked out with Hans for a Muse 3D. After agreeing (I have the emails to back it up) to the deal we asked him to send over a payment link. When I looked at the link he had marked up the quote by almost $300. When I asked him about it, he said they pass the credit card charges to the customer. I told him I wasn’t paying anything more than what was quoted (with taxes and shipping). He refused to honor the deal so I went to another company to place the order for the machine.
