Full Spectrum is the most amazing practice I've ever experienced. Their patient coordinator, Jody, always responds to emails in such a timely, helpful manner. Their office staff is the most friendly, welcoming group. On the day of my appointment, Dr. Staid spent an extended amount of time with me. She came prepared to speak to my medical history, she LISTENED to me (what a concept for a doctor!), and she remained so open-minded about my preferences regarding next steps and treatment plan. Dr. Staid excels at identifying the root causes of things. The first thing she for me was take me off Synthroid, which never quite did the trick for me, and prescribed other meds which have been much more effective! I finally feel healthy. She is patient, the office staff are so helpful, and Dr. Staid is always looking out for the best outcome for my health.
