This is a GYM not a corporate health club. If you want results this is a place to go. The equipment is nautilus and hammer strength is superior than machines at other gyms. The dumbbells are heavy for the serious lifters. The plates are made of IRON not plastic, they have a different vibration and allow you to build muscle quicker. I signed up for a $50/month membership here and was told cancellations require one month's notice — which I fully respected. My membership renewed on the 17th of each month, so I went in person on April 17 to speak directly with the owner and cancel. I was told I’d still be charged for the May cycle, but after that, I’d be done. Then on May 18, I saw I was charged again. Gym has a great atmosphere and equipment but canceling your membership is a horrible experience. If you pay month to month you have to cancel a month in advance... Which I did and the owner said "I don't remember you doing that and I don't have anything saying you canceled it" so he basically called me a liar even though he just didn't go through on his end to cancel the membership! Cost me an extra $50!
Really nice gym and a lot of space been going there for over 5 years they have really friendly staff and really good trainers if you need one and also they give out great dietary advice what will help you reach your true goals
Full Spectrum is the place to go if you want results. The owner John knows his stuff and will guide you in the right direction. I've been training with Mose for the past 3 years and it's been such a pleasure working with him. They are both very professional and welcoming, which is why I'd recommend this gym and wouldn't think of going elsewhere.
