I go to this gym for personal training. There are several trainers available. I do not pay a monthly fee because I drive in ftom out of town to train. I love my trainer Carrie. The gym is well equipped. They have weight machines, free weights, and a cardio room. The women's locker room has showers and a sauna. (I never used it.) There is a walking track upstairs. John/full spectrum is an awesome gym. John (owner) is usually there and he remembers you by name and is always pleasant. It’s more of a no frills, workout and go home spot but that’s exactly why I was there. 24hours and that awesome equipment that feels great. Would recommend 5/5
