I made an appointment with them to have both my RV and tow vehicle detailed. They were a NO SHOW. Keep in mind this appointment was confirmed via phone and via text message. When they NO SHOWED I attempted to call multiple times as well as attempted to text multiple times. I asked via text to please let me know if they were not coming or just running late. NO RESPONSE. I highly recommend not using this company they Do NOT SHOW up as promised!
Horrible service NO SHOW for appointment that was confirmed by phone and by text! Then would not answer text or phone calls. No return call after leaving multiple messages via phone and text. Find someone that wants to do business with you. Don’t waste your time with Full Spectrum!
