We got our floors done in March,a month later our floors started buckling we contacted Bendy but he ignores our phone calls and messages. My mother is elderly and she shouldn't have to worry if she is gonna trip on her own floors. This is ridiculous.

This was the worst contractor experience I’ve ever had. What should have been a restoration project turned into an 8-month+ nightmare filled with delays, poor communication, missing materials, and broken promises. We went months without a functional kitchen and spent thousands of dollars on food while waiting for work to be completed. Repeated requests for updates and help were largely ignored. The final work was outstanding, I constantly communicated with Vans her experience and professionalism shined through, with the remediation and rebuild. Yes, I would use them again. Thank you, Vans!
Very impressed with staff and management. I signed a contract to have them do water dry out and mold remediation in the kitchen after a sink faucet cable split open. They came immediately, but in the end I could not do either because my husband was in home hospice at the time. They were professional, accommodating to my situation, always polite and even had a mold test done and sent results. John, my contact person, was the best.
