DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY. Unreliable service. We are using this company for Master bedroom floor replacement due to water damage. It has been 7 MONTHS and they still have not completed the work. They do not pick up calls and have not reached out to the office or the project manager. On the rare times we are able to contact them, they come up with an excuse that delays the work, whether its them ordering the wrong flooring or saying it has yet to be delivered. We got our floors done in March,a month later our floors started buckling we contacted Bendy but he ignores our phone calls and messages. My mother is elderly and she shouldn't have to worry if she is gonna trip on her own floors. This is ridiculous.

They did my floors in March. Everything is coming up i need new floors been trying to get in touch with Manager bit he just plays games. Now he ignores all my calls . I am deeply disappointed inthem

This was the worst contractor experience I’ve ever had. What should have been a restoration project turned into an 8-month+ nightmare filled with delays, poor communication, missing materials, and broken promises. We went months without a functional kitchen and spent thousands of dollars on food while waiting for work to be completed. Repeated requests for updates and help were largely ignored.
