As an owner of a rental property in Chico, I can say that I have received exceptionally great service from Full Service Property Management since August of 2020. Throughout these years nothing has ever been forgotten or overlooked. Veronica and Victoria have been highly efficient and professional in every aspect of the business, from finding good tenants, to providing flawless bookkeeping. As a landlord, I can sincerely recommend their service as trustworthy in every way.
If I could give no stars I would. The communication from these people is not clear and it is so frustrating. They stated that rent payments were “late” twice in a row when on the portal it said payments went through, and we even called to clarify!! I’ve never been late on rent. Then they don’t even wave the late fee and threaten to send collections and are rude about it. There is no problem solving or trouble shooting on there end. FSPM has managed property for me for 20+ years. Always professional and communicative. Glad to recommend their services to others.
I don't even rent from here but there is clearly communication issues between their staff and tenants that lack a standard of basic respect. Specifically the lady Veronica, which grant it I was there for support of the person I was with, however when I asked a basic question she brushed me off quickly and said "I wasn't talking to you" and dismissed my question as if I wasn't even another human being standing in the room. We rented a property form FSPM for many years. Any issue we had throughout our time there was handled professionally and with urgency. There was never an issue with getting someone out for major repairs or just small issues. they came every year to do preventative maintenance (rain gutters) like clockwork. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were in need of breaking our lease.
