RENTER BEWARE Unit B from 52 nelson leaks severely in both bathroom ceilings. The unit is full of black mold that the property just paints and covers. There’s bugs that the property claims to have an exterminator for. The flooring splintered up from not being installed properly. The walls/ceilings are uneven. FSPM did not address any issues unless i continously asked them for months. Even when we came across potentially dangerous electrical issues, little was done for several months, and even then not all follow up issues were addressed. upon move out I had to repeatedly inquire about my deposit refund, and they waited until the very last minute to issue what little they did.
