I don't even rent from here but there is clearly communication issues between their staff and tenants that lack a standard of basic respect. Specifically the lady Veronica, which grant it I was there for support of the person I was with, however when I asked a basic question she brushed me off quickly and said "I wasn't talking to you" and dismissed my question as if I wasn't even another human being standing in the room. We rented a property form FSPM for many years. Any issue we had throughout our time there was handled professionally and with urgency. There was never an issue with getting someone out for major repairs or just small issues. they came every year to do preventative maintenance (rain gutters) like clockwork. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were in need of breaking our lease. While living there, it was fine. The problems started when we moved out. I know landlords try and take advantage of people and take as much money from the deposit as they can and I feel this company does that. Make sure to take pictures of everything before you leave and all receipts of what you've had done. They want you to call their vendors for the itemized list but the management company is responsible for giving you an itemized list, not an estimate as per the law in california. RENTER BEWARE Unit B from 52 nelson leaks severely in both bathroom ceilings. The unit is full of black mold that the property just paints and covers. There’s bugs that the property claims to have an exterminator for. The flooring splintered up from not being installed properly. The walls/ceilings are uneven. One of the back rooms the wall is bowing. The fencing around the apartment is missing multiple posts and is curved/bent from water damage.
