Amazing customer service from the office friendly, great follow through, and excellent communication about schedule changes. As far as the plumbing service - so professional, friendly, efficient and competent. Couldn’t have been a better experience.
I recently had a number of plumbing problems in my rental unit in Kaneohe. From the first phone call I ever made to full service Plumbing I was given amazing, rare fantastic customer service. The lady who answers the phone really knew her stuff. The communication between the techs (they had to come out twice-not their fault) was top notch. They even dealt with educating my renters about Plumbing care so as to avoid plumbing issues down the line. All of this I dealt with remotely from another state. FSP and Jeffrey are the only plumbers I trust and would recommend. They have been available on short notice for jobs both big/complex and small. I have had nothing but good experiences with them on several projects over several years. I would recommend them to any friend or colleague, without hesitation, and have done so a number of times.
