I feel like no matter how many times I ask this company to stop reaching out to sell me their services, they continue to harass me. Apparently they do not have to follow do not call laws. When you get upset that you have tried to opt out of calls 10+ times with no luck their representative gets rude and talks over you. I would never ever do business with this company.

When I came in to start my day at work, our phones were down..this was 6:00AM. I called the 24 hour line for Full Service Network to report the issue and by 7:30AM we were back up and running! The team that worked with me, worked diligently to not only make sure we did not miss any calls by forwarding our number to a cell phone number, but they looked into the issue and had it resolved in a timely manner. It was a pleasure working with such competent individuals. Excellent service to say the least.

A sales representative, Chris, called my business and asked how many land lines we had. I told him we were not interested in their service, and Chris proceeded to be pushy saying he was just asking about our land lines, like it was my job to entertain his call and give him my time? I tried to be patient and told him we operative with mobile devices only. He said well since you "cooperated" we wont call you again and hung up. He was so rude and off putting.
