I just wrote a review not long ago after asking for our number to be removed from their calling list. They went away for a minute but the calls started again today. I guess they do not have to follow the laws.
The team at FSN has been fantastic. The installation went smooth and the support throughout the whole process was 10/10.
I feel like no matter how many times I ask this company to stop reaching out to sell me their services, they continue to harass me. Apparently they do not have to follow do not call laws. When you get upset that you have tried to opt out of calls 10+ times with no luck their representative gets rude and talks over you. I would never ever do business with this company.
When I came in to start my day at work, our phones were down..this was 6:00AM. I called the 24 hour line for Full Service Network to report the issue and by 7:30AM we were back up and running! The team that worked with me, worked diligently to not only make sure we did not miss any calls by forwarding our number to a cell phone number, but they looked into the issue and had it resolved in a timely manner. It was a pleasure working with such competent individuals. Excellent service to say the least.
