Every time we have had a problem at our facility they talked us through the issue so they would not have to charge us for a service call. And when u forget to pay the bill they dress very understanding I have not had any issues with them.

We have used Full Service Network in our business for some time now. What has impressed me the most is their communication and follow-up. They provide a level of customer service that has all but disappeared in today's marketplace. They recognize the needs of the customer and they deliver.

I am the IT Director at my organization and recently we migrated our phone system to Full Service. It has hands down been on the the best experiences I have ever had with a service contractor. Everything from the initial meeting to the installation on site has been top notch. Their support is second to none in the area. I have been recommending them to any one that asks me phone system related questions now.
