After returning home from the weekend away, (on the hottest day of the summer so far AND on a Sunday), we found our AC had gone out. We made a call to them, fulling expecting not getting it fixed until the next day. But we received a call back within 5 minutes! Steve was great and tried to troubleshoot any potential “easy fixes” over the phone. Great company to work with! Steve was helpful in presenting the options for my A/C Replacement and giving an overview of the installation process.
