Whoever drives their company truck is not competent enough to be operating a vehicle let alone any kind of equipment. I have never seen someone drive so terribly and care free while in a company truck. Not sure how many trucks you have, but that person needs to be off the road. I would not trust anyone to do any type of work that drives this bad.
If you’re going to drive terribly in a work truck there’s probably not much you’ll do right.
