Mike was super fast to respond to our request for a new roof as we were preparing to sell our home. He identified hail damage after I’d forgotten about the bad hail storm last year that we should have had inspected back then. He also worked with our insurance company to identify the damage and even provided more detailed info when the insurance company needed it. Full Scale Roofing just completed some roof, fascia, soffit, and gutter cleaning and repairs on my home. Mike and his company were a pleasure to deal with. His initial and honest inspection provided me with absolute peace of mind. His crew showed up on time. They provided excellent workmanship. Mike did the final inspection. Full Scale Roofing left an eye sore right in the front part of our roof. They resealed some old, pre-existing flashing by caking and splatting on sealant and painting it all first brown, then an ugly grey, which both look terrible. While speaking to Mike, the owner about it he first claimed the flashing and sealant already looked the way they left it, but I got on the roof while he was there and proved that the caked-on sealant was wet and something they did. Can I put 10 stars! Great roofing company? Mike and his crew did an amazing job. They are knowledgeable, and professional. My roof looks amazing.
