Chris was EXTREMELY helpful when we first moved to Florida. We came from Indiana with no jobs secured and he was able to work with us and helped us secure a home. Anytime we need maintenance services, it’s usually done within 24-48 hours. I highly recommend Costal Choice if you are looking to lease a home!
My experience is the same as Kate who gave a one star review a week ago. I'm a very experienced renter and was disturbed to find that broker Chris is, in my rental experience, another predatory real estate broker/property manager. The give-away was his statement that he takes over hundred! plus pics before he turns over a rental property to the new renter, and wears out his camera to document "every nook and cranny" of the unit. They are unprofessional, they will dodge your questions and they will lie to you. 100% lie to you. They lied when the application was rejected, they lied about the deposit, because we were told one thing and later told another, they would on purpose not return our phone calls just so they wouldn’t get called on their lies. And every time they get a review that tells the true, they will call you and cuss at you
This is an outstanding agency if you’re needing someone to sale your home, Ashley went above and beyond to ensure my sale went smooth & was wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend her & her team of realtors!!! 10 out of 10 / very satisfied!!!!!
