Did the power hour with Jenneca. Exactly what you want from a studio and instructor. The equipment and tech were great and the shoes felt good. Easy 5 star review.
Best workout ever!!! I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and I just can’t get enough! Such great energy from the whole FP team! It’s so fun if you weren’t working so hard you’d forget you’re working out! My family and I moved to London for the past 5 years and any time I was home I would come to as many classes as possible. So glad we’ve moved back and I can be part of the regular weekend crew again!

Full Psycle is the literal best spin studio. Period. I've been taking classes there for over a decade, and it was one of the saddest parts of my move to Texas to not be able to join these classes anymore. I dropped in on a class with PK (the best!) when back in town for the holidays, and he is just as phenomenal as ever. This class and studio will not disappoint. Great studio overall, but be aware that they have a very strict tardy policy. If you’re more than 5 minutes late, you won’t be allowed into class and your credit is still taken. That was disappointing and something I wish had been communicated more clearly.
