Full Psycle is the literal best spin studio. Period. I've been taking classes there for over a decade, and it was one of the saddest parts of my move to Texas to not be able to join these classes anymore. I dropped in on a class with PK (the best!) when back in town for the holidays, and he is just as phenomenal as ever. This class and studio will not disappoint. Great studio overall, but be aware that they have a very strict tardy policy. If you’re more than 5 minutes late, you won’t be allowed into class and your credit is still taken. That was disappointing and something I wish had been communicated more clearly.
Really fun class. I like the sceens with the stats. It really add competitive side to it.
I love Full Psycle - been going to their classes for years! The instructors are upbeat and positive and the environment is super supportive. And I sweat my butt off :-) Highly recommend!
