This is a money mill, that take avenge of disable veterans in Richmond Va. I live in a bed bug roch infested apt that has broken smoke detectors, leaks ,broken mico wave. unchanged air filter (last change may 5 2021), black male, signing my name on a lease addendum to lease agreement, false information of rent amount to rent *** ******** ****and ******* ******Program. I was told that I was going to die. I told hud vash and nothing is being done. I have nowhere to go for help in my present condition.

Very unprofessional organization. This property management company is poorly ran, property management rude and disrespectful, they are not professional at all. They ask you to schedule an appointment, when you call to do so no one picks up the phone. They are a tax credit property that is out of compliance and need to be audited.
