I made an order on Uber eats. The order said "ready" before I even left my house. I get there 10 minutes later & my order is Not ready! Cashier said order was never sent to the kitchen & it will be ready in a few minutes.. 25 minutes passed by & I had to ask Again was my 2 potatoes were ready.. That's all I had smh. At 1st one girl said no but another asked my name and they were sitting there, bagged up. Worst customer service I've seen in a long time. The food was good but the cashier had a disgruntled look the entire time, would not answer questions at all and acted like we were wasting her time. Then we asked for a water for our daughter, she said you have to pay for it ( nothing had been paid for at this point so we were like okay thats fine.) She then made a comment to my mother that we were rude for asking for water. The manager was standing next to her witnessing the entire thing.

Came through the drive thru. I said, “hello”… someone mumbled “hold on”… so I hold and I say Hello again. She says, “ I done told you to order I am waiting on you”. I have to repeat my order 3 times and she says “PULL AROUND!!! i get to the window and proceed to ssk her a question and she shuts the window in my face. This is not a food problem this is a service problem.
