I was a part of what you would consider their intervention today and case management today. Craig M. did an absolutely incredible work ensuring a client was safely able to receive the necessary inpatient treatment they needed. He was calm, collected and trauma-informed. He was an excellent communicator with John, and maintained a very safe environment which could have been a traumatic negative experience (inpatient mental health admission).
